Terms and Conditions for Palma Cleaning Co.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Palma Cleaning Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for cleaning services or using our website (palmacleaningco.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services

We provide residential cleaning services as described on our website and in our service quotes. The specific services included in each cleaning will be outlined in your service agreement or quote.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Scheduling: We will make every effort to schedule your cleaning at your preferred time. However, scheduling is subject to availability.
  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.  

4. Access to Premises

You agree to provide us with access to your premises at the scheduled cleaning time. This includes providing keys, access codes, or other means of entry.

5. Payment

  • Payment Terms: Payment for cleaning services is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
  • Late Payments: Late payments may be subject to a late payment fee.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Preparing for Cleaning: You are responsible for clearing clutter and debris from areas to be cleaned to ensure the safety and efficiency of our cleaning team.
  • Pets: Please inform us of any pets on the premises and make arrangements to secure them during the cleaning.
  • Valuables: We are not responsible for damage to valuables that are not properly secured or put away.

7. Limitations of Liability

  • Existing Damage: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your property that cannot be cleaned or repaired by our cleaning team.
  • Damage Caused by Client: We are not responsible for damage caused by your actions or negligence, including damage caused by pets or unsecured valuables.
  • Limited Liability: Our liability for any damages arising from our services is limited to the cost of the cleaning service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our services or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.  

9. Termination

We may terminate these Terms and Conditions or your access to our services at any time for any reason.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Palma Cleaning Co. regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
