How much does house cleaning cost in Ocala?
Pricing depends on your home's size, condition, and the type of cleaning you need. A standard cleaning for a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home typically ranges from $150-$250. How do I book a cleaning service?
Booking is easy! You can request a quote through our website, call or text us at (352) 764-4747, or email hello@palmacleaningco.com. Once you approve your quote, we'll schedule your cleaning at a time that works for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, Zelle, and Venmo. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged for recurring customers.
Do you require a deposit?
No deposit is required for most residential cleanings. For large projects like post-construction cleaning or commercial contracts, we may request a deposit to secure your booking.
Services & What's Included
What's included in a standard cleaning?
Our standard cleaning covers all the essentials: dusting surfaces and furniture, vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms (toilets, sinks, showers/tubs, mirrors), kitchen cleaning (counters, appliances exterior, sink, stovetop), making beds, emptying trash, and general tidying. We follow a detailed checklist to ensure nothing is missed.
What's the difference between standard and deep cleaning?
A deep clean includes everything in a standard cleaning PLUS detailed attention to often-neglected areas: inside appliances (oven, microwave, refrigerator), baseboards, light fixtures, ceiling fans, door frames, window sills, inside cabinets, and more. Deep cleans are recommended for first-time customers or homes that haven't been professionally cleaned recently.
Do you clean inside refrigerators and ovens?
Yes, but this is typically included in deep cleaning or move-in/move-out services. For standard recurring cleanings, interior appliance cleaning can be added as an extra service. Just let us know what you need!
Do you do laundry or dishes?
We can include light laundry (folding clean clothes, changing bed linens) and loading/unloading the dishwasher as add-on services. Let us know when you book and we'll include it in your quote.
Do you clean windows?
We clean interior window glass as part of our service. For exterior windows or detailed window track cleaning, this can be added as an extra service.
Scheduling & Frequency
How often should I schedule cleaning?
It depends on your lifestyle! We recommend weekly cleaning for busy families with kids and pets, bi-weekly for most households, and monthly for minimal-maintenance homes or as a supplement to your own cleaning. We'll help you find the right schedule during your consultation.
Can I get same-day cleaning service?
We offer same-day service based on availability. Call us at (352) 764-4747 as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Same-day requests are subject to our current schedule.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
We understand plans change! We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. This helps us manage our team's schedule and serve all our customers effectively.
Do you clean on weekends?
Our standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM. Weekend appointments may be available based on demand—contact us to check availability.
Will I get the same cleaner each time?
We do our best to send the same team for recurring services. Consistency helps our cleaners learn your preferences and maintain high standards in your home. If your regular cleaner is unavailable, we'll send an equally qualified team member.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes! Palma Cleaning is fully licensed, bonded, and insured in the state of Florida. We carry comprehensive liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage, protecting both your home and our team.
Are your cleaners background checked?
Absolutely. Every member of our team undergoes a thorough background check before joining Palma Cleaning. We only hire trustworthy professionals you can feel comfortable having in your home.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you don't need to be home. Many of our clients provide a key, garage code, or lockbox access. We treat every home with respect and will notify you when we arrive and when we've finished.
What if something is damaged during cleaning?
Accidents are rare, but we're fully insured. If any damage occurs, report it within 24 hours and we'll assess the situation promptly. Legitimate claims are handled through our insurance for repair or replacement.
What's your satisfaction guarantee?
We offer a 48-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy with any aspect of our cleaning, contact us within 48 hours and we'll return to address your concerns at no extra charge. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Products & Equipment
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes! We bring all professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment. You don't need to provide anything. If you have specific products you'd like us to use, just let us know.
Do you use eco-friendly or non-toxic products?
Yes, we offer eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for your family, pets, and the environment. Just request green cleaning when you book and we'll use our eco-friendly product line.
Are your products safe for pets?
Absolutely. Our standard products are pet-safe, and our eco-friendly options are even gentler. We're experienced with pet households and know how to clean effectively while keeping your furry friends safe.
Can you use my preferred cleaning products?
Of course! If you have specific products you prefer (due to allergies, sensitivities, or personal preference), we're happy to use them. Just have them available and let us know when you book.

Do you clean equestrian properties?
Yes, we specialize in equestrian property cleaning in the Ocala/Marion County area, including homes near the World Equestrian Center. We understand the unique challenges of farm and estate properties and use horse-safe products.
Do you offer commercial cleaning?

Do you offer move-in/move-out cleaning?
Yes! Our move-in/move-out cleaning is a comprehensive deep clean designed for real estate transitions. We clean inside all cabinets, drawers, and appliances to get the home ready for new occupants or help you get your deposit back.
Can you clean after construction or renovation?
Absolutely. Post-construction cleaning is one of our specialties. We remove construction dust, debris, and residue from every surface, leaving your newly renovated space move-in ready.
Do you clean for seniors or assisted living facilities?
Yes, we offer gentle, respectful cleaning services for seniors and assisted living communities. Our team is patient, thorough, and experienced with the unique needs of elderly clients.
What if my home is very dirty or hasn't been cleaned in a long time?
No judgment here! We recommend starting with a deep clean to get your home to a baseline level, then transitioning to regular maintenance cleanings. Be honest about your home's condition when requesting a quote so we can provide accurate pricing and send the right team.
