Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Palma Cleaning Co. website at palmacleaningco.com and our cleaning services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
Palma Cleaning Co. ("we," "our," or "us") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Services
Palma Cleaning Co. provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in Ocala, FL, and surrounding areas including Marion County, The Villages, Stone Creek, Oak Run, Dunnellon, and the World Equestrian Center area.
Our services include but are not limited to:
- Standard house cleaning (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
- Deep cleaning
- Move-in/move-out cleaning
- Post-construction cleaning
- Commercial and office cleaning
- Equestrian property cleaning
Cleaner Assignment
We do our best to send the same cleaner or team for your recurring services, since consistency helps us learn your home and preferences and deliver the best possible result.
That said, we cannot guarantee the same cleaner for every visit. Staffing, scheduling, time-off, training, or other business needs may require us to send a different qualified team member, and Palma Cleaning Co. reserves the right to assign cleaners at its sole discretion. Every member of our team is trained to the same high standard and follows the same checklists, so you can expect the same quality of service regardless of who is cleaning your home.
Booking and Scheduling
- Appointments: All cleaning appointments are subject to availability. We will confirm your appointment via phone, text, or email.
- Access: You must provide safe and reasonable access to your property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the property, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation.
- Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information about your property, including square footage, number of rooms, and any special cleaning requirements.
Cancellation Policy
- 48-Hour Notice Required: We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- No-Shows: If our team arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to access the property or complete the cleaning due to circumstances within your control, you may be charged the full amount for the scheduled service.
- Excessive Clutter: If our team arrives and the property has excessive clutter that prevents us from cleaning effectively, we will be unable to perform the scheduled service and you will be charged 50% of the scheduled booking amount. "Excessive clutter" includes, but is not limited to, belongings piled on beds, floors, countertops, or other surfaces in a manner that prevents reasonable access for cleaning. To avoid this fee, please clear beds, floors, and countertops before our arrival.
- Utilities Required: If our team arrives and water or electricity is not available at the property, we will be unable to perform the cleaning and you will be charged 50% of the scheduled booking amount.
- Weather and Emergencies: We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to severe weather conditions or emergencies. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative time.
Pricing and Payment
- Quotes: All quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered during service.
- Payment: Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, check, credit card, Zelle, and Venmo.
- Additional Services: If additional services are requested or required beyond the original scope, we will discuss pricing with you before proceeding.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice for recurring services.
Our 48-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion, and we will return to address any areas of concern at no additional charge.
This guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of the completed service
- The issue must relate to areas included in the original service scope
- We must be given the opportunity to re-clean the affected areas
- The property conditions must be substantially similar to when the original service was performed
Property Access and Preparation
- Clear Surfaces Required: You are responsible for clearing beds, floors, countertops, and other surfaces of personal items and heavy clutter before our arrival. Our team is there to clean, not to sort or relocate belongings. Homes with excessive clutter that prevent effective cleaning are subject to the 50% service fee outlined in our Cancellation Policy above.
- Pets: Please secure pets in a safe area during the cleaning service. We love pets, but for their safety and our team's safety, they should be kept separate from work areas.
- Valuables: Please secure jewelry, cash, and other valuables before our arrival. We are not responsible for items left in accessible areas.
- Keys and Access: If you provide keys or access codes, you authorize us to enter your property for scheduled services. We will handle all access information securely.
Liability and Insurance
Palma Cleaning Co. is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. Our insurance covers:
- General liability
- Property damage
- Worker's compensation
In the unlikely event of damage during our service:
- Please report any damage within 24 hours of service
- We will assess the damage and, if caused by our team, arrange for repair or replacement
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by defective items
- Our liability is limited to the actual cash value of damaged items
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Palma Cleaning Co. shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages exceeding the amount paid for the service in question
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
SMS/Text Messaging Terms of Service
Program Description
When you opt in to the Palma Cleaning Co. SMS program, you authorize Palma Cleaning Co. to send you text messages related to your cleaning services. Messages may include quote responses, appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, service reminders, estimate follow-ups, post-service review requests, dispatch and arrival notifications, invoices, and payment links. Promotional or marketing messages will only be sent if you separately opt in to marketing.
How to Opt In
You can opt in to receive text messages from Palma Cleaning Co. by submitting your mobile phone number through a form on our website (such as our contact form) and affirmatively checking the SMS consent checkbox. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You may receive up to approximately 10 messages per month. Transactional messages (such as appointment confirmations and arrival alerts) may be sent as needed in response to your bookings.
Cost / Pricing
Message and data rates may apply. Messages from Palma Cleaning Co. are free to send from us, but your wireless carrier's standard messaging and data rates will apply to any messages you send or receive. Please check with your wireless carrier for details on your plan. Palma Cleaning Co. is not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier.
How to Get Help (HELP)

How to Cancel (STOP)
You can opt out of our SMS program at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message you receive from us. After you send the opt-out keyword, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to resubscribe, sign up again through one of the opt-in methods above or reply START.
Supported Carriers
Supported carriers include: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, Virgin Mobile, and most other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy & Data
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. When using our website, you agree to:

Non-Solicitation
You agree not to directly or indirectly solicit, hire, or engage any Palma Cleaning Co. employee or contractor for cleaning services outside of our company for a period of one (1) year following their last service at your property.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Marion County, Florida.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
