Step One

Before we arrive

To help our team focus on cleaning instead of moving things around, please take a few minutes before your appointment to clear off beds, floors, and countertops.

We're happy to straighten as we go, but heavy clutter (piles of laundry, toys, or belongings on surfaces) takes time away from the deeper cleaning your home deserves.

Tips to help us help you

  • Put away loose clothing, toys, and personal items
  • Clear countertops, dining tables, and nightstands
  • Secure valuables, cash, and anything fragile
  • Let us know if there are rooms we should skip
  • Make sure we have access (key, code, or someone home to let us in)

Important: 50% service fee

If our team arrives and the property has excessive clutter that prevents us from cleaning effectively, we're unable to perform the service and you'll be charged 50% of the scheduled booking amount.

The same fee applies if water or electricity is unavailable at the property when we arrive, since we need both to do our job.

Every cleaning follows a detailed, room-by-room checklist so nothing gets missed. Exactly what's included depends on the service you booked: standard, deep, or move-in/out.

Step Four

After we finish

We'll message you when we're done and leave your home ready to enjoy. If you're home, we'll happily walk through everything with you.

A small favor: if you notice anything we missed during the walkthrough, we'd really appreciate you letting the team know while they're still on site. It's so much easier for us to touch up on the spot, and we want to leave knowing you're happy. Of course, if you spot something later, just reach out and we'll take care of it.

No dishes or laundry

We focus on cleaning surfaces, floors, bathrooms, and kitchens, not personal chores.

No animal waste

We don't clean up pet accidents, litter boxes, or other animal waste. Please have these handled before we arrive.

No heavy decluttering

If a room is packed with belongings, we may not be able to clean it effectively. Let us know ahead of time and we'll help figure out the best approach.

No biohazards

We don't clean blood, bodily fluids, or hoarding-level conditions. Those require specialized services.

No heavy lifting

We clean under and around furniture that moves easily, but we don't move large or heavy pieces.

No outdoor spaces

We focus on the inside of your home. Patios, decks, exterior windows, and garage floors aren't part of a standard clean, though some are available as add-ons.

Pets

We're pet-friendly

We use pet-safe products and we love your furry family members.

If your pet is shy, anxious, or reactive, let us know ahead of time. We're happy to keep certain doors closed or pets confined during cleaning.
